# Atris Foundry

Atris Foundry is a six-week after-school AI program for high school students, grades 9 to 12. It is the Fall 2026 founding cohort, run by Atris Labs, Inc.
The idea: learn the most important skill of our decade. Students become AI enabled on one of two paths: run a business or conduct research.

## Schedule

Start: any time. Week one starts the day the family pays.
Length: six weeks, then Demo Day.
Pace: each week's steps are done on the student's own time, with Atris guiding them step by step.
Live session: one live group session every Monday, 6:00 to 7:30 pm Pacific, on Google Meet. Recorded for enrolled families only. Students join every week they are enrolled.
Demo Day: after week six, the student presents their work live at the Monday session. Parents are invited.

## Paths

Run a business: find a real problem, build the fix with AI, launch it, pitch it at Demo Day.
Conduct research: pick a question about AI, design a fair test, run it, present it at Demo Day.
At checkout this is called the track (Business, Research, or Not sure yet). Students can switch through the end of week one.
Coding is not required. Students need a laptop with a recent browser.

## Week by week

Week 1. Run a business: Pick the person you want to help, and talk to them. Conduct research: Pick a question and write your test.
Week 2. Run a business: Name the problem and build version one with AI. Conduct research: Run the baseline three times and score it.
Week 3. Run a business: Watch three people use it and fix what trips them up. Conduct research: Change one thing and run it again.
Week 4. Run a business: Launch your page and read the first signals. Conduct research: Check whether the gap is real and study the failures.
Week 5. Run a business: Test an offer and make one change that matters. Conduct research: Write it up with a chart so anyone can rerun it.
Week 6. Run a business: Build your pitch and rehearse. Conduct research: Build your slides and rehearse.
Demo Day. Run a business: Pitch it live. Conduct research: Present it live.

## Price and enrollment

Price: $1,000 total for the founding cohort. We plan to charge $5,000 for later cohorts.
Refund: full refund for any reason during the student's first week (the seven days starting the day you pay), and a full refund if we cancel.
Seats: 20. The live count is on the home page.
